TIRANA, Sept 25 /ATA/ PM Edi Rama said on Wednesday that OSCE/ODHIR recommendations are crystal clear and we will deliver on them.
Speaking about the electoral reform in an interview from New York, PM said the stand is the same, however I would like to skip the polemics rather than waste the time of Albanians with the same old story “Who is to blame.”
“All I want to say is that we need to speed up the process of reform based on OSCE/ODHIR recommendations. All of us are welcome to make a contribution, the recommendations are clear and we will follow them,” PM said.
“With due respect to all ideas, wishes and proposals from anyone, we will accelerate the process and why not divide it into two parts. The first part is about delivering on this condition and guaranteeing an electoral law containing all the OSCE/ ODHIR recommendations and the second part is about giving time to ourselves to discuss all the rest. We will respectfully listen to all contributions and feedbacks,” PM said.
