TIRANA, Sept 13 /ATA/ – Minister of Justice, Etilda Gjonaj, hosted on Friday representative of WB, Maryam Salim. This meeting focused on the work for completion of legal framework on insolvency.
“I was pleased to host representative of World Bank, Maryam Salim, and her team full of potential, to crystallize the work for completing the legal framework on insolvency,” said Minister Gjonaj.
She said: We have agreed on key cooperative directions for completion of bylaws, the functioning of Insolvency Directorate at the Ministry of Justice, capacity building of directorate staff as well as awareness of stakeholders in this field.”
“Within 2019, well functioning will come to fruition,” Minister of Justice, Etilda Gjonaj, said.
