TIRANA, August 28 /ATA/-“The fire has started in Gorozhup village of Prizren commune and has affected even the territory of Has Municipality”, said to ATA the Prefect of Kukës region Zenal Kuçana.
He also said that Has Municipality has sent its means at the spot in an effort to put out the fire.
“In the village of Gorozhup in Prizren municipality, about 2 km from the village of Shalqin in Has municipality, a fire has broken out and soon it is expected to spread in our territory. The area is covered with bushes and oak,” said he.
Kuçana also emphasized that the municipality is following the situation. “Has Municipality has sent on the scene a fire engine with 5 firefighters and 6 persons from the forest service.”/p.s./
