TIRANA, Aug 24 /ATA/- After 22 days of specialized treatment at intensive care unit in “Queen Geraldine” Maternity Hospital, the new born twins have won the battle for life.
It was Minister of Health and Social Protection, Ogerta Manastirliu, who broke the news.
“After 22 days at intensive care unit, Leon and Leart have won the battle for life thanks to untiring work of “Queen Geraldine” maternity staff,” Manastirliu said.
During 2018 alone, investments included 18 stationary incubators, 11 transportation incubators and 8 obstetric-gynecological ultrasound scans in maternity homes across the country.
