TIRANA, August 14/ATA/- The latest work by artist Helidon Gjergji has transformed one of the communist-era anti-atomic bunker rooms in Tirana into a permanent mirror room creating the idea of infinite space.
The installation is entitled “Tango Down 2”.
Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj described it as another act that gives life to the capital.
“It’s always a delight when a great artist like Helidon Gjergji returns to the city and brings some of his best experience, but also a provocative work. I believe Bunk ‘Art 1 is producing polycentric Tirana,” said Veliaj at the opening ceremony./z.tosku/p.s./
