TIRANA, August 13/ATA/- Prime Minister Edi Rama reacted today to the Democratic Party’s allegations against Shkodra Mayor Valdrin Pjetri distancing from individual acts still to be legally confirmed.
“No one will have a chance to cast any doubt on the Socialist Party and me in regard to the law and loyalty to the people”, said the prime minister.
PM Rama emphasized that, “The responsibility for any unworthy individual act is individual. It is our responsibility to react to any unworthy individual act! ”
“He is educated, neat, respected in Shkodra and hard working man, but that is not enough! I have never thought that Valdrin could conceal the truth in relation to the law, but until the legal truth comes out, Valdrin Pjetri and the Socialist Party go separate ways,” said the prime minister.
“I take this opportunity to make it crystal clear that: I have no intention of tolerating anyone, or to take over any individual relationship of anyone with the law! I fight for every idea, intention or comrades of arms, but neither me nor the SP will take the cost of suspected individual acts like this,” said PM Rama./p.s./
