TIRANA, Aug 13 /ATA/- The local council of Tropoja was constituted on Tuesday and the new mayor of Tropoja, Rexh Byberaj, was sworn in.
At the swearing ceremony held in the venues of prefecture were SP MP Ilir Beqja as well as Deputy Minister of Interior, Besfort Lamallari.
Shotë Basha was elected the chair of local council whereas Agustin Pepkolaj and Arbër Çakraj deputy chairs.
