TIRANA, August 5/ATA/- The Albania’s Prime Minister Edi Rama reacted Monday to the shutdown of three large hotels in Shëngjin as part of the new government initiative for the fight against informality.
Field Monitoring Structures, in cooperation with the General Directorate of Customs (GDC), the Labor Inspectorate, State Technical and Industrial Inspectorate (STII), during the period 01-31 July, inspected 1 933 businesses, out of which 803 were significant cases of tax evasion.
During July 2019, Tax Investigation Directorate has submitted over 30 files to the prosecutor’s office, mainly cases of large entities operating in the field of construction and hydrocarbons.//a.i/
