TIRANA, July 26/ATA/- The Computer Crime Investigation Sector at the General Directorate of Police, under the direction of Prosecutor’s Office of the Tirana Judicial District, finalized the “Credit Card Fraud” operation, in function of the criminal proceeding of 2019, on committing the offense “Computer Fraud and Abuse Act” followed by applying special investigation methods.
State Police announced Friday that, during the Police raid were detained two citizens, A. B, aged 37, resident in Romania, C.M, aged 41, resident in Romania, as well as L. C, aged 38, born and resident in Romania, accused of a criminal offense and who will be subject to criminal prosecution.
Further, the State Police clarified that the above-mentioned citizens are suspected of being involved in illegal criminal activity. //a.i/
