TIRANA, July 23 /ATA/ – By I. Vata/ Independent Qualification Commission confirmed on Tuesday Olsian Çela prosecutor close to First Instance Prosecution Office for Serious Crimes, also candidate for general prosecutor.
Independent Qualification Commission, having reviewed the documentation and held the hearing with the subject of re-evaluation Olsian Çela, decided to confirm him in duty.
“The decision reasoned in written form by the judging panel made up of Lulzim Hamitaj, Olsi Komici, Brunilda Bekteshi will be submitted to the subject of reevaluation, public commissioners and international monitors within 30 days,” according to IQC.
