TIRANA, July 21/ATA/- Over last week, 4461 new users were registered on the government portal, while 52 885 e-seal documents were downloaded.
Also, the total number of electronic services reached 187547, while 11 182 users have used the mobile application.
E-Albania portal in 2013 offered 14 online services, while today the number has increased to 596 ones.
E-Albania is also used by our fellow countrymen abroad accessing 38 online consular services.
As of September 2017 Albanian citizens were relieved of bureaucracy requiring certificate for each service and in just 18 months, over 2.7 million certificates were printed through e-Albania saving the citizens ALL 135 million.
It is less costly and time saving. The attestation for social insurance contribution required 106 hours, whereas now this service takes 1 minute.//a.i/
