TIRANA, July 21/ATA/- “Shqiperiaqeduam.al” has become one of the most credible platforms for Albanian citizens enabling them to remedy their issues and grievances through a message.
This week, the number of complaints resolved by the central government platform is 28 257 while the number of registered complaints is 40 816.
At central level there are 3448 complaints of which 7202 have been registered.
According to the figures published by the “Governance Statement” this week, it turns out that there are 8 outstanding cases solved through the platform of co-governance.
Concretely, there are 2 cases handled by the State Agency of Cadastre, 3 cases handled by Ministry of Finance and Economy, 1 case by Ministry of Health and Social Protection and 2 cases by Vlora Municipality.
The number of “log in-s” to the platform page for the last week were 108 370, while the number of people who have signed up is 18 400.//a.i./
