TIRANA, July 18/ATA/- The Independent Qualification Commission (IQC) held Tuesday on July 16, a hearing session with the Prosecutor at the Court of First Instance in Tirana, Elida Kaçkani , as well as the candidate for Special Anti-corruption Prosecution Office (SPAK).
Following investigation, the jury of the Independent Qualification Commission composed by Valbona Sanxhaktari, Xhensila Pine and Etleda Çiftja confirmed today in office Prosecutor at the Court of First Instance in Tirana, Elida Kaçkani.
Independent Qualification Commission (IQC) assessed that Kaçkani has been found clean in three criteria, audit of assets, integrity and proficiency background.
The administrative investigation into the Prosecutor Kaçkani was conducted based on three criteria, wealth, integrity and professional capacity.//a.i/
