TIRANA, July 12/ATA/- Romania will provide full support for Albania’s challenges towards European Union integration, the Romanian Ambassador in Tirana, Mircea Perpelea stated.
During the event organized in the light of the handover of the Romanian Presidency of the Council of the European Union held at the Europe House in Tirana, the Ambassador Perpelea thanked “all those who provided support during the difficult times and those who have been part of some significant achievements.”
In his speech the Romanian Ambassador emphasized that, “Romania has taken some concrete positive steps and has conveyed positive messages about Albania’s preparation and the launch of EU accession talks.”
“Romania has been a partner in the process of opening of accession negotiations and with regard to reaching a clear and substantive decision as soon as possible and no later than October 2019,” Romanian Ambassador in Tirana, Mircea Perpelea stated.//a.i/
