TIRANA, July 12/ATA/- In January-June of this year, at the quays of Durrës Port have been processed 11% more goods than in the same period of 2018, the Durrës Port Authority reported.
According to the Statistics Sector of the Durrës Port Authority, during the first six months of 2019, more than 2 million tons of goods have been processed, or 11 % more than in the first 6 months of 2018.
At the quays of the Durrës Port have been processed 1.559.017 tons of goods in total transported by commercial vessels, and 460 thousand tons of import/export goods transported by ferries.
During this 6-month period in the four Terminals of Durrës Port, have been processed nearly 193 thousand tons of goods more than in January-June 2018.//a.i/
