TIRANA, July 10 /ATA/ – The Council of Ministers adopted Wednesday the financial assistance agreement between Albania and the European Commission under the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA II) 2018 annual action programme (AAP).
Based on the Article 100 of the Constitution and the Article 10, Law No.43/2016 “On International Agreements in the Republic of Albania”, proposed by the Prime Minister and the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Council of Ministers decided to approve the financial assistance agreement in principle.
According to the Council of Ministers, the decision enters into force immediately.
