TIRANA, July 9 /ATA/- Prosecutor Behar Dibra, a candidate for Special Anti-corruption Prosecution Office (SPAK), did not appear today in an interview with members of the High Prosecutorial Council (HPC).
Dibra has sent a letter to the HPC presenting the reasons why he did not attend the hearing session, stating that he has been engaged in a judicial process.
He has asked the HPC to set another date to go ahead with the evaluation process with regard to his candidacy for prosecutor in Special Anti-corruption Prosecution Office (SPAK).
The High Prosecutorial Council held Monday the interviews with four of the candidates for the Special Anti-corruption Prosecution Office (SPAK), a process to continue up to July 12.
The Council held hearing sessions with the first four candidates behind closed doors and without the presence of the media.//a.i/
