TIRANA, July 7/ATA/-Prime Minister Edi Rama reacted today to news of the non-Parliamentary opposition staging a protest on Monday afternoon.
He reminded a quote of Martin Luther King who devoted his life to the non-violent battle for equality among the races and social justice in the USA.
“Beyond the moral aspect, the limit of violent protests stands in the fact that they don’t lead to victory and those who make it are aware of this. Thus, the riots are not revolutionary but reactionary because they invite defeat”, said PM Rama quoting Martin Luther King./a.g/p.s./
