TIRANA, July 4 /ATA/- MP Ralf Gjoni stated Thursday that, the elections can be only conducted under the new electoral system.
Gjoni also accused the non-parliamentary opposition that following the boycott of the local elections, it handed over all powers to the Prime Minister.
The MP Ralf Gjoni demanded the departure of Damian Gjiknuri from the post of Co-chair of the Special Commission of the Electoral Reform, following the leaked tapes of the file Nr. “184/2016 released by the German tabloid which contained phone records concerning local elections in Dibra in 2016, where among other important figures of the Socialist Party was also intercepted in this leak the former Minister of Infrastructure Damian Gjiknuri. //a.i/
