TIRANA, July 3/ATA/-The Democratic Party leader Lulzim Basha considered the June 30 election process null and said that the opposition does not recognize these elections.
“June 30 is null because it violates the rule of law and cannot produce any political representation. June 30 was not only anti-constitutional and anti-democratic action, but it had also a political and social cost that directly damages citizens’ interests, ” said Basha.
Likewise, Basha added that June 30 elections, beyond an illegal farce, were manipulated by all means and manner, from legal manipulations and voter threats to manipulation of voting and counting.
“Opposition does not recognize the June 30 vote and will not recognize these elections. This was decided by the Albanians themselves on 30 June, by the overwhelming majority,” he emphasized./p.s./
