TIRANA, June 30 /ATA/ – Former President of the Republic of Albania, Alfred Moisiu, made his voice heard outside the polling station on Sunday.
Moisiu appealed to political parties to take stock of the situation criticizing the opposition’s decision to relinquish the mandates and boycott the elections.
Moisiu hinted at the repeated decrees of Meta bringing to attention the case of 2007 when he served as president, saying: I postponed the elections’ day only after this move was stipulated in the Electoral Code.
