TIRANA, June 27/ATA/- The Independent Qualification Commission IQC dismissed Thursday from office the Prosecutor at Kukës Prosecutor’s Office, Alketa Nushi.
The commission examined all documents administered by the vetting institution; it pursued the procedures and held a hearing session with the Prosecutor at Kukës Prosecutor’s Office, Alketa Nushi.
The judging panel composed of Firdes Shuli, Etleda Çiftja and Lulzim Hamitaj heard on June 25 the re-evaluation subject and examined the documentation related to it. At the end, the commission decided to dismiss Nushi from the post.//a.i/
