TIRANA, June 25/ATA/-The Central Election Commission (CEC) took the decision today on setting up of the ballot counting groups for the upcoming municipal elections of June 30.
CEC voted by 4 votes pro and 1 against and decided that the ballot counting groups will be composed by four members, two proposed by the Socialist Party and two selected by lot by the Commissions of Electoral Administration Zones (CEAZ) from the appointed members of the Commissions at the Polling Stations.
Meanwhile, as the elections are just 5 days away, there has begun distribution of the electoral material. The ballot papers and ballot boxes have already been sent to the Southeast of the country.
The electoral materials are already distributed even in Elbasan, Vlora, Fier, Kukës and Kruja. /a.g/p.s./
