TIRANA, June 20/ATA/-Prime Minister Edi Rama attended on Wednesday a commemoration event in honor of two journalists of the national radio, Radio Tirana, who were executed 40 years ago during the communist regime while their graves were never found.
“Fadil Kokomani and Vangjel Lezho loved their country, their profession and trusted in culture and free speech and at the end remained like an echo in the ears of the people listening an extraordinary history of the last two martyrs”, said PM Rama.
Therefore, said the prime minister, in absence of a grave, we commemorate their memory.
PM Rama highlighted the fact that the two journalists were committed to promote a spirit of freedom and emancipation which at that time paradoxically blew even from the East./k.s/j.p/p.s./
