TIRANA, June 20 /ATA/ –An employee of Devolli municipality has been arrested on charge of obstructing the electoral subjects.
The specialists of crime investigation section at Devoll police station arrested in the act the citizens K.K, 26, resident in Bilisht (employee of fire engine service at Devolli municipality).
He was arrested after the denouncement by citizen F.Sh., 33, resident in village of Gracë, Devoll (independent candidate for mayor of Devoll) who has declared that on 19.06.2019, during an electoral meeting held in the village of Miras by this independent subject, the citizen K.K. hit on the face and the body one of the members of his electoral staff, the citizen A.Ç, 56 , resident in Miras.
The evidence have been referred to prosecution close to first instance court of Korça for further procedures. /a.a/sm/
