TIRANA, June 15 /ATA/ – By Maela Marini/ For one year and a half 3 apartment buildings in administrative unit no 1 in the capital were at risk from the electric cabin inside the garage of the palace.
Despite their repeated complaints to OSHEE for relocation of this cabin, they had not received any response.
Inhabitants decided to take to cogovernance platform shqiperiaqeduam.al and the remedy came within 4 days of writing, according to administrator of the palace, Eliodor Markja.
“Our concern as a community was that the electric cabin was inside the car garage. It did not have a cooling system and was a potential fire hazard given its degraded state. The main distributor for the entire palace was burned, posing a fire hazard at any moment. Prior to 1 year and a half we filed a complaint to OSHEE, according to the procedures of the institution but we did not receive any response back, “said the palace administrator, Eliodor Markja.
To our surprise, within four days of complaint, OSHEE crews moved the cabin and repaired it.
