TIRANA, June 12/ATA/-Prime Minister Edi Rama said today during the electoral meeting in Lushnje for the June 30 municipal elections that the opposition has created a front being afraid of Albania opening the EU accession negotiations that implies further requirements to advance the justice reform.
They say they are against the elections, but their real concern is to hamper opening of the EU accession negotiations because it also implies opening of the first two chapters 23 and 24, the Justice chapters, while Albania has done all the work related with the justice system reform.
The prime minister also pointed to President Ilir Meta who cancelled the municipal elections of June 30 in violation of the Constitution and as an act of irresponsibility, but on the other hand also helping this opposition attempt to take shape./ j.p/p.s./
