TIRANA, June 10/ATA/-The ruling Socialist Party Parliamentary Whip Taulant Balla said during an interview on “Report TV” that the president has committed an act that is not in accordance with the Constitution and therefore, it cannot be implemented.
According to Balla, the President’s act to cancel the June 30 elections is unprecedented. He said that the Electoral College and the Administrative Court can have their say on this issue. /p.s./
