TIRANA, June 7 /ATA/- PM Edi Rama stated on Friday that in the opposition protests the State Police acted in an exemplary and professional way.
In his speech at the electoral meeting in Kuçova over June 30 local elections, Rama stated that police workforce have successfully managed the attacks with Molotov cocktails putting their lives at risk as these weapons have been invented to dismantle tanks. They have neither crossed the line, nor used disproportional violence against the protesters.
“Suffice it to draw a comparison between them and us. One thing is for sure, on June 30 they will not hold Albania to ransom,” Rama said.
