TIRANA, June 5/ATA/- “Tax system in Albania (century XV – years ‘12 XXI century)”, is the monograph that the Academy of Sciences of Albania has nominated for the annual “Eqrem Çabej” award that is extended for the most quality monograph works in the social and albanological sciences.
The author of the monograph is Adriatik Mateli, an worthy employee of the Tax Administration since 1991.
The General Directory of Taxes said that Mateli has made a valuable study on historical development of the tax system in Albania since the XVth century and up to ’12 of the XXI century”.
The author said that the monograph is to fill the vacuum created since publication of the book “Albania’s Finances” by Haxhi Shkoza, some 70 years ago. /e.xh/ /a.g/p.s./
