TIRANA, May 28 ATA/ – The Committee on Productive Activities, Trade and Environment held Tuesday a hearing to review the draft law “On some additions and amendments to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Albania”.
In attendance at the discussion were; the MP, the initiator of the draft law, Elena Xhina, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Ermira Gjeci, representatives of the General Prosecutor Office, Kujtim Luli and Ornela Xhembulla, the representative of Ministry of Justice, Artan Syziu.
During the introduction of the legal initiative, MP Elena Xhina said that, “the additions and amendments proposed in the draft law aim to regulate and improve the provisions of the Criminal Code in response to problem solving recently found in some sectors.”//a.i/
