TIRANA, May 27 ATA/ – The Apostolic Administration of Kosovo has been promoted to the Bishopric level following a decision by Pope Francis.
The President of the Republic of Albania Ilir Meta, visited Monday the Cathedral Church of St. Mother Teresa in Pristina to share most heartfelt wishes for this major decision.
