TIRANA, May 9 /ATA/ – The Electronic and Postal Communications Authority (AKEP) has issued for public consultation the document for the regulation of Roaming charges across Balkan countries.
The drastic reduction of roaming tariffs will start from July 1 this year, and the maximum tariff on outgoing calls while roaming, including VAT, will be 28.5 Lek per minute, on incoming calls 6 Lek per minute, on written messages 9 lek per unit, while on the Internet 26.37 Lek per megabyte.
From 1 July 2020 until June 30, 2021, the tariff on incoming calls while Roaming will decrease to about 3,75 Lek per minute, while charges on other services will remain the same as in the initial phase.//a.i/
