TIRANA, April 25/ATA/-According to data of the first quarter of the current year, issued by Electricity Power Distribution System Operator (OSSHEE), losses in electrical grill dropped into the level of 26.2%.
This implies 1.46% less losses if compared with the same period last year.
According to the OSSHEE, when the reform was undertaken in 2014 the level of losses in the grid amounted to 44.12%.
OSSHEE argues that reduction of the technical and non-technical losses in the grid has been a result of the investments made in the grid, but even of a better coordination of the work on the ground including controls and cut of illegal electricity supply connections./m.m/j.p/p.s./
