TIRANA, April 23 /ATA/- The “Democratic Conviction” is now officially the newest party in Albania which on June 30 will enter the competition for the local elections.
Astrit Patozi formalized the “Democratic Conviction” registering it at Tirana Court and the Central Election Commission. He said that the party offers a new alternative in Albania.
Patozi presented the paper carrying 1000 signatures far from the required 300 for the registration of the party.
“Albania will have another opposition party beginning from today”, is read in the statement of the “Democratic Conviction”.
CEC had determined Tuesday as the deadline for registration of the political parties for the local elections of June 30. /j.p/p.s./
