TIRANA, April 16 /ATA/ – By A.Fortuzi/- Independent Commission of Appeal has upheld the ruling of Independent Qualification Commission on dismissal of prosecutor of Arben Nela on the grounds that he does not justify his wealth.
The ICA has handed down its ruling after former prosecutor Nela appealed against the decision of IQC. According to the decision disclosed by IQC, the prosecutor of Tirana Nela, candidate for High Prosecutorial Council, was first found inappropriate by High Inspectorate for Declaration and Audit of the Assets and Conflict of Interest.
