TIRANA, April 12/ATA/- The Tirana-Elbasan highway will be passable in both directions in mid-May, after 8 years of projects disputes, the General Director of the Albanian Road Authority, ARA Sonila Qato said.
In an interview for ERTV, Qato stated that, “the construction works on Tirana-Elbasan highway will be completed on May 17, 2019, as one of the main axes of national infrastructure, the works completion of which have been subject to the outcome of pending.”
“Within the year of 2019, the Albanian Road Authority, ARA with the support of the Albanian government will complete investments in several important projects in the national infrastructure, developing a modern infrastructure network meeting EU standards,” Qato added. //a.i/
