TIRANA, April 8/ATA/-About 2 thousand students had their three-month working practice during the last 3 years. While this current year, in context of the Pact with the University, we have managed to make available more than 2 thousand vacancies breaking a record of the positions opened for practice.
Education Minister Besa Shahini made the statement at opening of the IVth call for the National Programme of Work Practice.
Prime Minister Edi Rama attended the event.
“This is the second year the Education Ministry makes coordination of the programme, but it’s the fourth year the programme is implemented in Albania”, said Shahini.
The professional development of the young people is our priority and we are constantly trying to find new forms to enhance the range of positions for the work practice”, said Shahini.
The minister also emphasized the “punetembare.al” programme through which 460 excellent students have got employed.
“During the current year, we shall run again the programme of employment of the students on one-year contracts”, said Shahini./k.s/j.p/p.s./
