TIRANA, April 5/ATA/ -The group of experts of National Agency on Natural Resources established pursuant to the Order No. 47, of the Minister of Infrastructure and Energy whose aim is scanning all HPP concession contracts, has conducted in-site monitoring and verifications to ascertain the fulfillment of contractual and legal stipulations of contracts signed by the Contracting Authority.
A parallel in-site and in-office work is done aiming at a wider image of the technical-legal situation.
