PRISTINA, April 4/ATA/- Prime Minister of Kosovo Ramush Haradinaj said today that migration from Kosovo is on the fall.
“Some media organs are reporting inaccurate indicators on Kosovo migration. But, the recent statistics show that Kosovo does not pose a concern in regard to migration. Thus, in 2018 there were recorded only 3515 cases of migration while in 2015 there were 67.545 people who migrated from Kosovo”, said Haradinaj.
He added that last year, 727 people of Kosovo voluntarily returned home. He considered this fact as another indicator of migration and said that the citizens of Kosovo respect the basic principles of free movement.
He also emphasized that the inaccurate data distorting the facts seriously damage the process of visa liberalization for Kosovo./KosovaPress/p.s./
