TIRANA, March 25/ATA/-The University Transparency Portal u-transparenca.al is an instrument to guarantee control and transparency of the institution of the higher education.
Education Minister Besa Shahini made the statement during presentation today of the portal on transparency of the university budget targeting transparency on the allocated budget, expenditure and the investments realized and planned.
“The portal includes several features like the decision-making on the budget, information on exchange of students, scholarships, and other information necessary to the students”, emphasized Shahini.
Further on, she said, there is another feature that enables the students and university teachers to file their complaints on different issues.
« Besides, the portal will also carry the contracts to be signed between the universities and public institutions for services, consultancy, studies and expertise », said Shahini.
