TIRANA, March 20 /ATA/ – By Megi Zonja/ – The operation launched by Regional Police Directorate of Vlora, Department of Criminal Police under the guidance of Grave Crimes Prosecution in the light of crackdown on narcotics traffic has seized at Petruna bay roughly 328 kilos of cannabis and two luxury dinghies.
Sources from State Police report that the law enforcement bodies after a thorough investigation using special methods as well as after 72 hours of tracking, have pursued and found the modes of transport leading to capture and arrest of the persons involved in the criminal activity of trafficking in narcotics.
The operation has resulted in arrest of 2 citizens and detainment of 8 persons, members of structured criminal gang.
