Co-governance, no citizen is alone in front of injustice

TIRANA, March 15 /ATA/-Prime Minister Edi Rama emphasized today that his government has not yet properly fulfilled the promise of public services to the citizens although there is done a lot in the course of these years.

“We are not satisfied with what we have done and we don’t feel well seeing how things are going on. We have done a lot, but there are many things that don’t go well and one of them is our pledge in Berat. The people don’t yet receive the proper public service in the state offices; there are still thieves or incapable people who get the salary and get on the nerves of the citizens”, said PM Rama.

“The services are better than yesterday, but worse than they are going to be tomorrow. But, we have established the mechanism of not leaving alone anyone who wants to receive a service and have the door slammed on the face. It’s the real co-governance platform. It’s the place where people who don’t belong to parties or are moneyless can address and have the government and the relevant minister by their side”, said PM Rama.

Three citizens of Berat told their experience of applying to the co-governance platform and resolving their problems./j.p/p.s./
