TIRANA, July 27/ATA/-Prosecutor of Korça Elsion Sadiku failed to pass the vetting.
During the session held on Friday, the Independent Qualification Committee decided to dismiss from office Prosecutor Sadiku because according to the jury his wealth declaration carries some inaccuracies during some purchases.
The jury was composed by Brunilda Bekteshi, Lulzim Hamitaj and Olsi Komici.
According to the High Inspectorate of Declaration and Audit of Assets and Conflict of Interests, Sadiku happened to be clean and with a legal source of wealth. But, Sadiku made further a declaration on purchase of dental equipment for the clinic of his wife and purchase of a flat which happened to have inaccuracies.
Therefore, the Independent Qualification Committee decided to remove him from office./a.g/p.s./
