TIRANA, July 20/ATA / – Independent Qualification Committee (IQC) revealed Friday that according to the report of the High Inspectorate of Declaration and Audit of Assets and Conflict of Interest, Prosecutor Rovena Gashi, has not made accurate declaration of wealth.
Meanwhile, Gashi has not been present at her vetting session and was not represented by a lawyer.
Through a 27-page letter, the Prosecutor Rovena Gashi states that “IQC is a discrediting body for justice administration to eliminate judicial power”. She also asked for reconfirmation of office, claiming she has committed no violation.
