TIRANA, July 16/ATA/-The Independent Qualification Committee decided to remove from office Judge of the Constitutional Court Gani Dizdari because he appeared to have problems with declaration of his wealth.
On Monday, by 09:30 a.m. the Committee convened to give the verdict on the last Judge of the Constitutional Court who is being vetted.
The Independent Qualification Committee came to the conclusion that the judge faced problems with his wealth and purity of figure. But, Dizdari’s defence lawyer argued that the wealth of his client and his relatives is justifiable.
The jury that gave the verdict on the judge of the Constitutional Court was composed by Pamela Qirko, Olsi Komiçi and Roland Ilia. /j.p/p.s./
