TIRANA, June 25 /ATA/ – Independent Qualification Commission held on Monday a hearing session over prosecutor of Shkodra prosecution office, Vate Staka.
The judging panel is composed of Xhensila Pine, Valbona Sanxhaktari, Etleda Çiftja.
Relater of this commission said that prosecutor Vate Staka has got a clean record and has no suspicious links.
The Commission has come to conclusion that the prosecutor Vate Staka has never been reprimanded for his performance and has been positively assessed.
There have been 4 complaints about the performance of prosecutor in question, but IQC notes that he has been very cooperative.
The report of High Inspectorate for Declaration and Control of High Officials’ Assets was found to be based on evidence..
The prosecutor Staka was briefed on the report and explained the complaint of a citizen about him saying it was irrelevant to his file.
Having been briefed on the report, Vate Staka said he had nothing to add.
After the hearing session with Prosecutor of Shkodra, the decision will be announced on July 3, 11:00hrs. /m.z//r.e/sm/
