TIRANA, June 17/ATA/-During our first governance mandate we cleared the debt of the previous government while the current mandate will be the time of many long-awaited construction sites, said Prime Minister Edi Rama on Sunday during his meeting with local residents of Peshkopia.
He emphasized that, “I am not here to settle accounts with Berisha and his party because all Albania did that. I am here to say that the current governance mandate will be the time of many long-awaited construction sites. Albania is like a house and if unfortunately the head of the family happens to be irresponsible, loses all the money in gambling and plunges the family in debt, then the family must clear the debt to save the house and then create opportunities for enlargement. During the first mandate, we cleared the debt of the previous Berisha government and saved the house and during the current governance mandate we shall enlarge”, promised the head of government.
PM Rama said that things must be separated, the government must be held accountable while the citizens must receive support.
