TIRANA, June 7/ATA/-“E-Kiosk service in Tirana has significntly reduced the long queues at the windows of the municipal units and lowered the service time to the citizens.
Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj said at the meeting of the municipal council that thousands of citizens are using the e-kiosks set in some administrative units receiving the 47 services offered”, reducing the time spent and avoiding corruption.
“I am happy that e-kiosk service is part of Tirana transformation. The e-kiosks are similar to the banks’ ATMs and it is enough just to insert the ID card to be provided with 47 services. These are still the first days, but the citizens are making use of this opportunity lowering the pressure on the municipal windows.
