TIRANA, June 7 /ATA/ – Security in the country has improved, which is evidenced by the official homicide statistics. Compared to 48 homicides recorded in 2010, the statistics indicate 19 homicides in 2018.
Through a chart of comparative figures showing the number of homicides over January –May from 2010 to date, PM Rama presents concrete figures to prove the situation of security in the country.
Countering the allegations that opposition made from the parliament rostrum expressing concern over the situation of security in the country, Rama published a chart showing the downward trend of homicide rate in the country.

As referring to this chart, January – May 2010 recorded 48 homicides; 2011 recorded 41 homicides; 2012 recorded 43 homicides; 2013 48 homicides; 2014 49 homicides; 2015 21 homicides; 2016 recorded 30 homicides; 2017 25 homicides and 2018 19 homicides. /m.m//j.p/sm/
